Andy Millman was a cherished member of Colchester City Pipe Band. As a founding member, he held numerous positions within the band's committee and was held in high esteem by all. Andy greeted every member, both old and new, with a warm and welcoming smile. He had been a dedicated piper for over 30 years and consistently went above and beyond to assist others, both within the band and the public. Andy was approachable and beloved by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him. His absence is deeply felt, but the memories we hold and cherish continue to inspire the band's progress and determination to uphold the legacy he left behind.
